My therapist recommended Bach products after my father passed. I found this depression roll-on by accident & it made sense for me to get it too. I have been using it daily for nearly 3-months and I find that it does create a more 'even' vs overwhelmed feeling moments after use. I would highly recommend this. I, and other members of my family, have been using it and it certainly doesn't feel like it's making things any worse, and its natural resource adds a level of security, knowing I'm not putting garbage into my body at a moment when, emotionally, I already feel like garbage. Thank you.
